Parking
-Street Parking is available and meters are in effect Monday-Saturday until 6pm. Metered parking is $2 per hour. Do not park on the right side of Charles St. from 4-6pm Monday-Friday. It is a bus lane and you may be towed.
-There is a lot on Maryland Ave. between Preston St. and Biddle St. It is $4 per hour.
-There is a garage on 1017 N. Charles St. It is $6.25 per hour.
Lateness
Please be respectful of everyone’s time. We do not offer a grace period for late arrivals. Be sure to allow yourself enough time to park, feed the meter, use the bathroom, and do anything else you may need to do by the time your scheduled appointment begins. If you are too late to make your appointment, you WILL be considered a "last-minute cancel" and will be charged accordingly.
Cancellations
We understand that schedule conflicts arise and that cancellations are sometimes necessary, but please keep in mind that we require 24 hours’ notice. We strive to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments during our peak times. In order to do so, we have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy and any credit card that you have on file will be automatically charged, according to the policy below:
*Last-minute cancellations & last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours) and no-shows will be charged 50% of the total regular service price.
We regret that we cannot make exceptions to our 24-hour cancellation policy. We are an appointment-based business and we schedule especially for you. Thank you for your understanding.
